Industrial Development Bank of India, popularly known as IDBI invites interested and eligible candidates for post for the Assistant Manager. Those interested can apply for the assistant manager post through the official website of IDBI - idbibank.in.
A total of 600 applicants will be recruited through this recruitment drive. The bank will select candidates through a written exam scheduled to be held on 21st July 2019. The recruitment is being carried out for admission to the Manipal School of Banking, Bengaluru that will provide banking and finance training to people aspiring to join IDBI as assistant manager.

Application fee
Those who want to apply for the job will have to pay admission fee of Rs 700 – for general category while Rs 150 for SC/ST/PWD. The fee must be paid in online mode.
IDBI Recruitment 2019: Eligibility Criteria & Age Limit
Applicants should have finished their graduation from any discipline from a recognized university. They must be proficient in computer. Students who are in their final year of graduation can also apply for the post.
The minimum age limit to apply for the assistant manager post is 21 years and the maximum age limit is 28 years.
IDBI Recruitment 2019: Selection process
The selection process will consist of an online test & personal interview. Those who clear the written test will be called for personal interview. The time duration of the online test is 2 hours and it will include questions from Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Analysis & Interpretation, English language and Banking Awareness. There will be negative marking of 0.25 for every wrong answer. Also there won’t be any penalty if the candidate leaves any question blank and unmarked. Candidates who qualify the personal interview will be considered for final selection and before joining the job they will have to complete PGDBF course.
