Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has declared the result of the CS Professional Programme for June 2025 examination. The result was announced on 25 August 2025 at 11:00 AM. This declaration is in respect of candidates of both the Old Syllabus (2017) and New Syllabus (2022).
The findings bring joy and relief to thousands of candidates who had been waiting for their performance report after months of study and tough exams. The top rank holders list has also been announced along with the scorecards.

Separate merit lists for both the old and new syllabi were announced.
For the Old Syllabus (2017):
Prashil Singh obtained All India Rank 1, with Dimpal Sharma at Rank 2 and Deshna Jain at Rank 3.
For the New Syllabus (2022):
Bhumi Vinod Mehta obtained All India Rank 1, Osmi Gupta got Rank 2, and Aum Bhavin Mehta got Rank 3.

Step 1: Go to the official website of ICSI, https://www.icsi.edu/
Step 2: Click on the CS Professional Programme June 2025 result link.
Step 3: Log in with your roll number and 17-digit registration number.
Step 4: Download e-Result-cum-Marks Statement and save a copy for personal use.
Dispatch of Marks Statements
Physical copies of the marks statements for the Professional Programme shall be sent by ICSI to the registered postal address of each candidate. If a student doesn't receive the statement within 30 days of declaration of result, they shall seek a duplicate by contacting the examination authority through the official communication channel.
Examination Details
The CS Professional Programme exams for the June 2025 session were held from 1 June to 10 June 2025. The papers were conducted in a single sitting per day between 9:00 AM and 12:15 PM.
Upcoming Examination Session
ICSI has also published the schedule for the ensuing session. The Professional and Executive programmes December 2025 examinations will be conducted from 22 December to 29 December 2025. Registration for the session starts on 26 August 2025 and will remain open without late fees up to 25 September 2025. Candidates can register with a late fee up to 10 October 2025.
