HPPSC Recruitment 2022: The Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission, HPPSC, has invited individuals to apply for Assistant Engineer positions. Eligible individuals can apply online at hppsc.hp.gov.in, the HPPSC's official website. The last date to apply for the posts is till April 12, 2022. This recruitment drive will fill up 76 posts in the organization.
HPPSC Recruitment 2022: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have a Regular/Full-Time Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized Institute / University officially accredited by the AICTE or AMIE from the Institute of Engineers to apply for the positions (India Calcutta). The age limit of the candidate should be between 18 to 45 years of age.
HPPSC Recruitment 2022: Selection Process
A personality test will be part of the selection process. The personality test will consist of a two-hour computer-based or offline screening test. The marks acquired in the Screening Test are solely intended to shortlist the number of candidates for the personality test(s) and should not be interpreted as the candidates' merit for final selection.

Step 1: Visit the official website of HPPSC — hppsc.hp.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the ‘apply online' tab.
Step 3: A new window will open; click on the ‘online application registration ' link.
Step 4: Click on new registration or sign with registered credentials if you are already registered.
Step 5: A list of advertisements will be displayed to the candidate on the dashboard. Candidates should choose the vacancy and fill in all the necessary details and upload the required documents.
Step 6: Pay the examination fees, and click on submit. Save the form for future reference.
HPPSC Recruitment 2022: Examination Fees
The examination fee is Rs. 400 for the general category and candidates of other states. For SC of HP, Rs.100/- is the examination fee and there is no fee for ex-servicemen of H.P.
The institution has also clarified that the date of determining the eligibility of all candidates in terms of essential qualifications, experience, etc., if any, shall be reckoned as on the closing date for submission of Online Recruitment Applications through ORA the portal.
