Roles & Responsibilities:

Case underwriting within TAT and self-achievement of daily goals

Taking care of sales channel inquiries

Driving team members to meet the functional objectives

Manage TEBT and systems testing for underwriting, as well as BRS evaluation.

Underwriting all the assigned cases as per defined quality and TAT parameters.

Training & grooming of new underwriters/consultants.
Desirable Profile Attributes:

Underwriting knowledge with at least 1 Crore Underwriting authority.

Minimum 2 or 5 years of experience in Insurance / Underwriting.

Underwriting medical & financial in detail. Analytical skill & System knowledge.

Preferably graduation in medical/ life sciences. Insurance certifications
