Harit Sewa Mission's main geographical areas of action include Delhi, Noida, and the NCR region, where it has carried out several initiatives to plant trees on the roadside, inside corporate premises, residential areas, and so on.
Harit Sewa Mission provides fruit yielding tree and floral plant seedlings in particular so that they be cared for long after they are planted. During key cultural events and religious festivals, the group distributes saplings to raise environmental awareness.
