Subsidy for All Farmer Categories

Small, marginal, Scheduled Caste (SC), and Scheduled Tribe (ST) farmers are eligible for a 70% subsidy.

The subsidy is applicable for a maximum area of 4000 square meters, based on unit cost or department-approved rates, whichever is lower.

How to Apply
Farmers interested in availing the benefits can apply through their nearest e-Mitra center. Once the application is approved and administrative clearance is granted, construction of the green house can begin.
Verification and Subsidy Payment
Post-construction, the green house will be verified by a designated committee. The approved subsidy amount is then either transferred directly to the farmer’s bank account or to the producer firm, based on the farmer’s written consent.
Subsidy Validity
The scheme is valid only for the current financial year, so farmers are strongly encouraged to apply early. Subsidy is provided only after the green house is constructed by an approved firm and verified by the Agriculture Department.
