Government Internship Opportunity for Students at Ministry of External Affairs with Stipend Rs 10000

MEA has announced the Internships open for 75 Graduate candidates. The last date to apply is 15th February.

The Ministry of External Affairs has started applications for internships to graduates. The positions have been opened as a part of ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mohatsav’. Interested & eligible candidates can apply for the Ministry of External Affairs Internship 2022 by visiting their official website- internship.mea.gov.in. 

This is an amazing Internship opportunity for all the recent graduates or students who are in the last year of their graduation. The Last date to apply for the same is February 15, 2022. A total of 75 internships will be offered in 2022. The duration of this Government internship will be at least of one month with a maximum of three months from April to June 2022.

MEA Internship 2022: Important Dates 

Last Date to apply is 15 February 2022 

Names of shortlisted candidates and calls for interview will be announced on February 18 

Interviews will take place between February 22 and 24, after which the announcement of selected candidates and allocation of divisions will take place on February 28. 

MEA Internship 2022: Eligibility 

Educational qualification: Internships are offered to Indian residents with a graduate degree from a recognized university as a minimum educational prerequisite. Students in their last year of studies who are required to complete an internship as part of their final year curriculum are also eligible. 

Age Limit: Candidates must be under the age of 25 on December 31st of the internship year. 

MEA Internship 2022: Process of Selection 

Each candidate needs to register on the internship portal and obtain access credentials to participate in the process. The selection process will consist of two stages — preliminary screening and personal interview. 

The process will be followed by a quota cum weightage system wherein applicants belonging to all 28 States and eight Union Territories will be considered. There may be two interns from each of the 28 states and from each UT, and three more interns with maximum marks from TADP districts / underprivileged sections of the society.
