HPCL Regional Head, Rajendra Patidar said that at some places, customers sometimes had trouble booking through IVRS. Therefore, keeping in mind those customers, this new facility is started. Interestingly, Hindustan Petroleum Company Limited (HPCL) presently has around 33 million home clients and caters to shoppers with a community of 2630 distributors.

Though, there are different methods of booking HP Gas. But, the easiest approach would be to book your cylinder by Whatsapp from your registered mobile number. The company has issued number 9222201122 for booking through WhatsApp.
Customers only need to message- HP Gas Book on 9222201122 from their registered mobile number. Then, questions will be asked to book the cylinder from the other side. In response, customers have to write YES. After this, the gas will be booked and the cylinder will be delivered as before.
