The PM Kisan Tractor Scheme 2023 is a government effort that aims to provide financial support to Indian farmers in order for them to purchase tractors. Eligible farmers will receive a subsidy of up to 20% of the tractor's cost, or a maximum of Rs. 50,000, whichever is less.
The scheme is part of the government's attempts to boost agricultural productivity and enhance farmers' livelihoods across the country. The Department of Agriculture implements many Central and State-supported initiatives, as well as internationally sponsored projects. After finalizing the annual action plan of the centrally supported initiatives, the government receives the funds in one or two installments per year. PM Kisan Tractor Scheme Eligibility Criteria:
‘All farmers in the country who want to take advantage of the tractor plan must meet some of the qualifying conditions listed below; only then can they participate in the scheme and get the subsidy:

The farmer has never before purchased a tractor.

The farmer must have arable land.

The PM Tractor Scheme is only available to small and marginal farms, and the incentive can only be used once.

This scheme is only open to one person per family.

The farmer is only eligible for one tractor subsidy under this scheme.

How to apply for PM Kisan Tractor Yojana?
As we previously stated, the government has not yet provided official information on this program, but the government can invite applications through CSC under the scheme.
