After receiving complaints about potentially unhygienic procedures being used at a Domino's shop in Bengaluru, the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has issued a spot memo to food business operators.
A response to the "unhygienic food handling practices of outlet stated in the complaint" is requested in the spot note.
