Create a Change Management strategy and governance model for in-flight/new bodies that is in line with the People Tech aim and self-sufficiency roadmap.

Lead and deliver on all aspects of Employee Experience Change across COEs and/or the Business for HR Digital Transformation activities.

Be a change agent and a spokesperson for all People Tech projects.

Using both classic and new ways, influence and drive change with a variety of stakeholder groups and personalities.

Coach a variety of stakeholder groups and create events to promote HR technology awareness.

A minimum of 10 to 12 years of work experience in a similar subject is required for the post.
Skills Required for Flipkart Recruitment 2022
HR Technology Change Management, Design Thinking, Project Management, Success Factors/Workday, ATS, Managed Change Across Critical Moments Stakeholder Management, HR Processes, HR Technology, and Stakeholder Management are all areas in which you should be well-versed.
