Job Position: Content Marketing Lead
Meta is looking to add a Content Marketing Lead to its Content Strategy & Acquisitions (CSA) team, who will be responsible for developing and executing the India on-platform audience development strategy.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Draw & execute the on-platform audience development blueprint for India, in sync with the CSA India & global content marketing team

Responsible for managing content marketing budgets and setting up the marketing campaigns by using Ads Manager and usage of Lift tools to track performance

Collaborate with Leads, and SPMs to take partner input into account while launching different partner campaigns

Use market-specific knowledge, signals, and insights to drive success for our Video partners

Work with analytics to showcase the clear impact of all campaigns

Develop and catalog best practices & playbook, leveraging internal and external learnings
Required Qualification:
BA/BS degree or higher, MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Ad solutioning, Ads Strategy, Ad product development, and/or project management with the ability to lead and handle multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects.

Drive the creation of world-class marketing programs to inspire, educate and empower the entire advertiser ecosystem - small and large businesses, creative and media agencies - to believe that FoAS helps them grow their business
Develop & execute world-class marketing programs that drive business growth and impact economic growth through entrepreneurship. Own the advertiser funnel and design programs that address challenges at every part to support business growth Champion industry transformation to mobile by developing thought-leadership programs to help our advertisers transform
Required Qualification:
BA/BS degree preferred, MBA or equivalent a plus
14+ years of experience in marketing across B2C and B2B
