All the workers in the unorganized sector, whose EPF is not deducted or does not come under the purview of ESIC, should register for e-Shram Card. Anyone of the age between 16 to 60 years can register through the official e-Shram Portal.

Step by Step Process of e-Shram Card Registration:

Log on to the official website.

Click on Self Registration tab.

Log in through OTP from the number linked to Aadhaar. Enter Aadhaar Number.

Now the information will appear on the next screen and you have to accept it.

After this, further forms have to be filled.

The first form will be of personal information.

The form of residential detail has to be filled.

Information about educational qualifications will have to be given.

After that check all the details and save it.
Other details to be filled:

Choose the kind of work you want to do.

Select your work area in the list given on the portal. If there is no option then fill the code after viewing it from PDF.

Fill in the bank account details. Enter name and other details.

Click on OK, details will available for preview. Check and again click OK.

You will receive OTP fill & submit, your card will appear on the screen. It will also have a QR code.
