Dr. Pradeep Kumar Pant, a Project Development, Management & Implementation Expert, has joined Krishi Jagran as Chief Operating Officer. He is an expert in Human Resource Development, Industrial Welfare, Facility Management, and General Administration, along with extensive experience in liaising with state government & district administration.
Recognizing the significance of his position, Dr. Pradeep has now accepted the responsibility of leading Krishi Jagran to greater heights and new levels of expansion, with a focus on improving services and building partnerships with related stakeholders.
About Dr. Pradeep Kumar Pant
Dr. Pradeep Kumar Pant has vast administrative, legal, and human resource management experience (Manpower Planning, recruitment, selection, performance management training & development).
He began his career as a Researcher in PSC in 1988. He has worked with Sikkas group of companies as HR Head, IPL as GM, where he was in charge of developing HR policies to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department, including wage administration and ensuring proper deductions for PF, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund, and taxes. Employee performance appraisals are conducted on a regular basis to evaluate their performance levels and recompensate them through salary increases and promotions.
He joined ITSL in the year 2006 as AVP projects and was elevated to Vice President. During his tenure with ITSL, he was instrumental in the implementation of Organic farming across India and ICT in the agriculture sector.
In the context of the company's ambitious expansion & diversification plans, he was instrumental in Project Management, Project Administration, legal, and general administration.
Besides, he has experience in Board Management, Fundraising, Project Development, Project Management, Project Execution, Business Development & Expansion, and External Relationship Management (ERM), primarily with funding agencies, the media, the government, and business partners.
He has also worked with Somani Seeds as Vice President in the year till 2020.
