Mansukh Mandaviya Debuts IFFCO Nano Urea Liquid Plants in Aonla and Phulpur- Key Takeaways Nano DAP has been approved by the government's Expert Committee, and it will soon replace DAP. He also stated that Nano-DAP will greatly benefit our farmers and will be available at half the price of DAP.
Dr. Mandaviya also emphasised the government's efforts to make Nano urea available to farmers. He also mentioned the difficulties in bringing Nano urea to market, such as obtaining approvals from various departments and convincing farmers to take on the conventional urea lobby.
Dr. Mandaviya also stated that it is a different fertilizer. Farmers have used urea and DAP to boost productivity for many years. When urea is used, only 35% of the nitrogen (Urea) is used by the crop, with the remainder affecting the soil. The Union Minister praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who has consistently worked to increase farmer income and prosperity.
He also advocated for organic farming, biofertilizers, and alternative fertilisers. He also praised PM's role during COVID, when fertiliser prices rose and one Urea bag approached Rs 4000, but PM ensured that fertiliser prices did not rise.
The Union Minister commended IFFCO on its efforts. He stated that for Sahakarita, commerce, business, and profit are not as important as farmer welfare. Among those present at the inauguration events were Dileep Sanghani, Chairman IFFCO, Balvir Singh, Vice Chairman IFFCO, Dr. Uday Shankar Awasthi, MD, and CEO of IFFCO, Keshari Devi, MP Phulpur.
