Dr Ashok Kumar Singh, Deputy Director General (Agriculture Extension) of the Indian Council of Agriculture Research (ICAR), has been appointed as the Vice Chancellor of Rani Laxmi Bai Central Agricultural University (RLBCAU).
He also has more than 8 years of experience as the ZPD, Zone-4 at the Indian Council of Agriculture research (ICAR).
