DDA Housing Scheme 2019: We have good news for all those looking for a house in Delhi. Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched its housing scheme on 25th March 2019 (today).
Interested people can start applying online under this housing scheme, from today onwards at the official website of DDA, www.dda.org.in.
Last date for application process is 10th May 2019. However, the draw process will be held in June/July this year. Then, the process of flat assigning to draw winners will start.
DDA Housing Scheme 2019: Important Information
1. Under the scheme, people will get an opportunity to own a DDA flat in Delhi. There will be 18,000 flats to be sold in total. Most of these ready to sell flats are in Narela and Vasant Kunj regions of Delhi.
2. Of the total 7,700 flats shall be assigned to the Economic Weaker Section (EWS) category, 8,300 flats to Lower Income Group (LIG) category; 1,550 flats to Middle Income Group (MIG) and 450 flats to Higher Income Group (HIG) category.

He/Shemust be a citizen of India.

The applicant and his/her spouse should not own any residential house in Delhi.

He/she should not own a joint plot or land of more than 66.9 sq ft.
However, if he/she already owns a DDA flat, then they can’t apply for the scheme.

If an individual fails to win in the draw process of DDA flats then the application fee will be refunded to them as soon as the refund process will start.

Financing from the houses will be easily available by official banking partners like Axis Bank, Yes Bank, IDBI, Bank of Baroda, Central Bank, SBI, Kotak Mahindra, HDFC, ICICI Canara Bank and others.
DDA Housing Scheme 2019: Benefits for EWS Category

The EWS category people will get a benefit of Rs 3 lakh under the scheme. Though, such flats will have a condition of a lock-in period of 5 years.
