Union Minister of State for Agriculture Kailash Choudhary visited Jaisalmer district on Monday. During this visit, Union Minister Kailash Choudhary took suggestions in the public hearing organized at the BJP District Office. He informed the local public representatives to be aware of the implementation of the schemes of the Central Government and also to the people.
Kailash Choudhary told the BJP workers to remain united and sought the support of the Modi government for tough and big decisions.
Addressing the workers at the district BJP office, Union Minister Kailash Choudhary said that the work is done for the poor in the country in the last six and a half years has never been done before. The effort of the Modi government at the Center is to make life easier for every countryman and they can become self-sufficient.
He said, there has been a lot of talk of the poor in our country, but the work is done for the poor in the last six and a half years has never been done before. Every sector, where the poor, the afflicted, the exploited and the deprived were lacking, the schemes of the Modi government came as support.
Accusing the Congress, the Minister of State for Agriculture Kailash Choudhary said that the Congress which cheated the farmers of the state in the name of debt waiver is now misleading the farmers in the name of the agricultural reform bill brought by the Central Government for the interests of the farmers.
Choudhary said that this law allows the farmer to sell the produce anywhere except the market.
He said that the agricultural produce mandis will not be closed, but apart from the mandi, if a trader is paying good prices to the farmer, the farmer can also sell it outside the mandi. It will be the will of the farmer that he will sell the crop wherever he wants.
Choudhary said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is standing with the farmers. According to the new farm law made in the interest of the farmer, the farmer will be able to contract his produce with the merchant before sowing. He said that the farmer would be free from the worry of crop failure.
On reaching the residence of Brijraj Singh, Choudhary attended the condolence and paid tribute to the departed soul. During this, he provided support to the Maharawal family members of the royal family. Paying floral tribute to the picture of former Maharawal Brijraj Singh, Union Minister Kailash Choudhary said that the death of former Maharawal Jaisalmer is an irreparable loss to the entire state.
