While virtually initiating Biotech Incubation Center and Agri-Business Incubation and Production Center to stamp the birth commemoration of political dissident Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, Baghel said each university in the state ought to set up incubationand manufacturing centers to advance new business thoughts.

As of now, 94 business people are being prepared at the agri-business incubation centre, while 24 organizations have just set up workplaces there, he added.
