As we all know, LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) price changes every month, but in August, prices have remained unchanged in many states.
It must be noted that the revision of the cooking gas prices in the country is done on the very first day of the month. LPG prices were increased marginally in June and July, which followed three straight months of reduction.
Know LPG Prices in These Metro Cities
If we look at the metro cities, the price of non-subsidised LPG was raised to Rs 621 per cylinder (14.2 kilograms) from Rs 620.50 in Kolkata and left unchanged at existing levels in other metros, says Indian Oil Corporation data which supplies LPG under brand Indane.As per reports, Indane LPG consumers in Delhi and Mumbai have to shell out Rs 594 for each non-subsidised refill of 14.2 per kilograms.

Minor Change in Price of 19 kg Cylinder
The price of 19 kg cylinder is Rs 1135.50 in Delhi, Rs 1198.50 in Kolkata, Rs 1091 in Mumbai and Rs 1253 in Chennai. It has changed slightly compared to the month of July. In July, the price of 19 kg gas cylinder was Rs 1135.50 in Delhi, Rs 1197.50 in Kolkata, Rs 1090.50 in Mumbai and Rs 1255 in Chennai.
