The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially announced the Class 12 Board Exam Results 2025 today, May 13, 2025. Students and parents across India can now access the results online. CBSE Class 10 results are also expected to be released shortly.
As per the data shared by CBSE, this year’s overall pass percentage is 88.39%, reflecting a slight increase from the previous year. Vijayawada region topped the charts with an impressive 99.60% pass rate.
Over 40 lakh students appeared for the CBSE Board Exams this year, which were conducted from February 15 to April 4, 2025. The Class 10 exams concluded on March 18, while Class 12 exams wrapped up on April 4.
To pass the examination, students are required to secure a minimum of 33% in each subject, including both theoretical and practical components. The board may also extend grace marks to students who are just a few marks short of the passing criteria.
