The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is set to commence the Class 10 and 12 board examinations from February 15, 2025. With nearly 44 lakh students from over 8,000 schools in India and abroad gearing up for these crucial exams, the board has issued essential guidelines and a detailed timetable to ensure a smooth process.
On the first day, Class 10 students will appear for the English (Communicative) and English (Language and Literature) papers, while Class 12 students will take the Entrepreneurship exam. All exams will be conducted in a single shift from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
The CBSE Class 10 board exams will conclude on March 10, 2025, while the Class 12 board exams will continue until April 4, 2025. To maintain discipline and fairness, CBSE has released guidelines regarding dress codes, allowed and banned items, and the consequences of unfair means.
Students are required to carry their CBSE admit cards and school IDs for entry into the exam hall. Private candidates must bring a government-issued photo identity proof. The board has made admit cards available online for download.
