AICL Recruitment: Eligibility
The Management Trainee vacancies are in agriculture science, information technology, legal and accounts discipline. Candidates with B.Sc Agriculture/ B.Sc Horticulture/ B. E/ B.Tech in agriculture Engineering, BE/B.Tech (Computer Science/IT), Graduate in Law or Post Graduation in Law, B.com, M.Com, Charted Accountants or MBA (Finance) are eligible for this post. Candidates should have secured a minimum 60% marks in the qualifying exam.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of a written exam & Interview.
AICL Recruitment: Age Limit
A candidate must have been born not earlier that 1st November 1991 and not later than 31st October 2000 (both dates inclusive).
Minimum Age: 21 Years
Maximum Age: 30 Years
Selection Process
The selection shall be on the basis of the short listing of the candidates based on online examinations and interview for which total marks will be 200.
Exam Pattern: The candidates have to appear for online examination (Objective & Descriptive of total 150 marks of 2and half hours duration. The minimum qualifying marks in the online examination is 60% for General, OBC & EWS and 55% for SC/ST. The online examination will be held in January 2022. The exam will consist of the following sections: Reasoning, English< General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, professional Test, Descriptive English test
Interview: Candidates who have been qualified in the Online exam will be ranked in order of merit and will be called for an interview to be conducted by the company.
