The Agriculture Leadership Conclave 2025, held in New Delhi on 09 July 2025 with the active participation of the state governments of Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, Bihar, Haryana, and Goa, emerged as a landmark forum for agricultural innovation, policy, and leadership.

A major session on the theme “Farmer–Industry Partnerships for Profitable Farming” was chaired by Dr. Rajaram Tripathi, National Convener of All India Farmers’ Alliance (AIFA), renowned environmental law expert, and seven-time recipient of the “Best Farmer” award.

Dr. Tripathi, hailing from Kala Gram Kondagaon in Bastar, Chhattisgarh, showcased his widely acclaimed Natural Greenhouse Model— a unique multi-layered organic farming system integrating Australian teak for timber, high-yield black pepper, and native medicinal plants. Developed through traditional knowledge and scientific integration, the model has gained national recognition for its profitability and ecological balance.

Experts, including Pasha Patel, Yudhvir Singh, Padma Kanwal Singh Chauhan, B.K. Labh, Dr. Y.S. Sehrawat, and Dr. Prafull Gadge presented wide-ranging views on sustainable fertilisation, irrigation innovation, entrepreneurship in farming, and organic alternatives to chemical agriculture.
