Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana Scheme (PMJAY), popularly known as Ayushman Bharat Yojana is one of the biggest healthcare schemes of the Central Government.
Prime Minister, Narendra Modi launched the Ayushman Bharat Yojana with an aim to cover more than 50 crore people in India and nearly 10 crore, poor families, without any limitations pertaining to family size and age.
PMJAY provides required healthcare services with an insurance cover of Rs. 5 lakh for each family/year for tertiary as well as secondary hospitalization expenses.

How to Get Ayushman Bharat Card?
Those who are eligible to avail PMJAY benefits can apply for Ayushman Bharat Card. This card can be used as proof to get all healthcare benefits in the future under the scheme. Ayushman Bharat Card is issued after verification of the beneficiary’s identity at a PMJAY kiosk. Documents for indentification include Aadhaar card or ration card. Once the verification is done, Ayushman Bharat Card is printed along with the unique AB-PMJAY ID.

Enter mobile number along with the CAPTCHA code

Click on Generate OTP

Now select your state & search by mobile number/HHD number/name/ ration card number.
