The much-awaited ICAR NET 2019 result has been declared. The Agricultural Scientist Recruitment Board (ASRB) that conducts the exam has announced the result today. Candidates who appeared in the ICAR NET exam can download the result from the official website of ICAR & ASRB.
According to a notice by ICAR, “While every care has been taken to ensure accuracy of the result, if at any stage, any discrepancy comes to the notice of ASRB, the Board reserves the right to correct the same & no claim, whatsoever, would be entertained if any candidate is affected in the process”.
How to check ICAR NET 2019 Result
Step 1 – Go to official website of ASRB - http://www.asrb.org.in/
Step 2 – Look for the result link that says ICAR NET Result 2019 and click it
Step 3 - You would be redirected to a new page with login window
Step 4 – Fill in your Roll Number and date of birth
Step 5 – Click login button
Step 6 - Your ICAR NET Result 2019 will be displayed on the screen

The passing mark in ICAR NET is 75 percent. For candidates belonging to OBC category & SC/ ST/ Divyang categories passing marks are 67.5 percent and 60 percent, respectively.
ICAR NET examination is held for 57 agriculture & allied disciplines. The exam is conducted by the Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board to determine the eligibility for lectureship in state agricultural universities as well as other agricultural universities under the Council.
It must be noted that NET is the only exam that is conducted by ASRB on behalf of ICAR. The responsibility of other examinations of ICAR like All India Entrance Exam for Agriculture Admission for undergraduate, postgraduate & PhD programmes is given to the National Testing Agency (NTA).
