APSC CCE Mains 2024: Exam Schedule & Details
APSC CCE Mains 2024 will be held over three days in two shifts each day. The morning session is from 9 AM to 12 PM, and the afternoon session runs from 1.30 PM to 4.30 PM. Here is the detailed schedule:

How to Download the Admit Card
Candidates can follow these steps to download their APSC CCE 2024 admit card:

Visit the official APSC website at apsc.nic.in.

Click on the "Call letters/Admit Cards" link.

Select the option to download the e-Admission Certificate for the Combined Competitive (Main) Examination - 2023.

Enter your application/roll number, date of birth, and examination name.

Download and print the admit card.
Admit Card Details
The admit card will include important information such as the candidate's name, exam centre address, date of birth, registration number, exam guidelines, category, photograph, date and time of the examination, and signature.
Selection Process
The selection process for APSC CCE 2024 comprises three stages:

Prelims Exam: This objective-type exam includes two papers (General Studies I and General Studies II), each worth 200 marks. There is no negative marking.

Mains Exam: Conducted offline, the Mains includes six papers—one essay paper, four general studies papers, and one language paper—totaling 1500 marks.

Interview: The final stage is an offline interview test worth 180 marks.
Candidates must bring a valid photo ID (such as an Aadhar card, PAN card, or voter ID card) along with their admit card to the exam venue. In case of any discrepancies on the admit card, candidates should contact the examination authority for corrections.
The APSC CCE exam qualifies candidates for various prestigious roles, including Assam Civil Service (ACS), Assam Police Service (APS), Assam Finance Service (AFS), Assam Labour Service (ALS), Assam Taxation Service (ATS), among others.
