On June 23, the Andhra Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (BSEAP) announced the much-awaited results of the AP SSC Supplementary Exam 2023. Students who appeared for the Andhra Pradesh Class 10 supplementary exams can now access their results on the official website of BSEAP at bse.ap.gov.in. Additionally, the results are also available for checking on manabadi.co.in.
The AP SSC supplementary examinations were conducted from June 2 to June 10. According to media reports, approximately 6-7 lakh students took part in these supplementary exams. These exams provided a chance for students who were unable to clear the regular AP Class 10 exams to improve their scores.
To download the AP SSC Supplementary Result 2023, follow these steps:
1. Visit the official website: bse.ap.gov.in.
2. On the homepage, locate and click on the "SSC Supplementary Exams Results 2023" link.
3. Enter your roll number in the designated field and click on "submit."
4. Your AP SSC Supplementary Result will then appear on the screen.
5. Download the result and keep it for future reference.
In a previous announcement on May 6, the Directorate of Government Examinations, Andhra Pradesh, had declared the results for the regular Class 10 exams. This year, the overall pass percentage in the AP SSC exam reached 72.26 per cent, representing a five-percentage-point increase compared to the previous year. The girls outperformed the boys, with a pass percentage of 75.38 per cent for girls and 69.27 per cent for boys. Among all the districts, Parvathipuram Manyam secured the highest pass percentage, achieving 87.47 per cent.
The state's Education Minister, Botsa Satyanarayana, announced that schools with a 100 per cent pass rate in 2023 would receive incentives from the government. This year, approximately 933 schools achieved a perfect pass rate. In 2021, the pass percentage for AP SSC Class 10 exams was 67.27 per cent, with 70.7 per cent of girls and 64.02 per cent of boys successfully clearing the exams.
