Introduction to IFAJ Master Class and Young Leaders Preliminary Program
The IFAJ-Alltech Young Leaders in Agricultural Journalism Award stands as a prestigious program that honours the professional expertise and leadership potential of young individuals hailing from IFAJ-affiliated countries. Moreover, it serves as a platform for their active involvement in an IFAJ Congress, granting them invaluable opportunities for training, experience, and networking.
Winners of this esteemed award will partake in an exclusive Boot Camp, encompassing formal classroom training sessions and practical fieldwork. The primary objective of this comprehensive program is to further cultivate the Young Leaders' aptitude in leadership, networking, and reporting. Throughout their learning journey, award winners will compose compelling news stories based on their experiences during the Boot Camp and Congress, with the intention of having these stories published on the IFAJ website.
IFAJ and Alltech wholeheartedly dedicate themselves to supporting and nurturing the next generation of professionals within the agricultural journalism industry. By fostering the growth of IFAJ member guilds and fostering the development of promising young journalists, our shared goal is to make a meaningful and positive impact on the global advancement of agricultural journalism and communications.
