As the use of mobile phones becomes increasingly prevalent in our daily lives, it is important to keep your mobile number updated on your bank account to ensure the safety and security of your transactions.
State Bank of India (SBI) is no exception to this rule and requires its customers to register their mobile numbers with their savings accounts to keep track of all transactions and monitor any unauthorized access. Here are three easy ways to update your mobile number with SBI.
Update mobile number via SBI Internet Banking:

Log in to www.onlinesbi.com.

Go to "Profile-Personal Details-Change mobile No." under "My Accounts" on the left side of the screen.

Choose your account number, input your new mobile number, and click "Submit."

The last two digits of your registered mobile number (which cannot be edited) will appear.

You will be notified of the status of the mapping on your registered mobile number.
Update mobile number via SBI Branch:

Visit your nearest SBI Branch.

Fill out a Letter of Request.

Submit the letter.

The branch will verify your information and link your new mobile number.

You will receive an SMS about the update status on your registered mobile number.
Update mobile number via SBI ATM:

Visit your nearest ATM and select "Registration" from the options.

Enter your ATM pin.

Select "Mobile Number Registration" and then "Change Mobile Number."

Enter your old mobile number, confirm it, and enter your new mobile number and confirm it.

Different OTPs will be sent to your old and new mobile numbers.

Enter the OTPs to update your mobile number.
