Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the position of Young Professional-II (YP-II) under the NASF-funded research project titled “The development of handheld sensor technology for nondestructive quality prediction of two economically important medicinal plants and the improvement of their quality.” The position is purely temporary and contractual and will be filled by the Division of Agricultural Chemicals, ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute (ICAR-IARI), New Delhi.

Age Limits and Additional Information

Age Limit:

Minimum: 24 years
Maximum: 45 years

Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Women candidates will be as per ICAR/Government of India norms.

Nature of Work:

Support the development and evaluation of handheld sensor technologies.
Participate in formulation analysis, data handling, and documentation.
Conduct advanced chemical analysis of medicinal plant samples.
Assist in report preparation, scientific publications, and other project-related tasks.

Interview Details

The engagement will be initially for one year, extendable based on performance and project requirements.
The position is purely contractual and does not guarantee regular employment or absorption in ICAR.
