ICAR–Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), New Delhi, invites eligible candidates for a Walk-in-Interview to engage One Young Professional-I (YP-I) under the project “Studies on Response of SEFA Fertilizer on Crop Growth, Yield and Crop Economics of Tomato and Capsicum under Protected and Open Conditions”, funded by Anglo American Crop Nutrients India Pvt. Ltd. The position will be filled on a purely temporary and contractual basis.

Young Professional-I (YP-I)

Essential Qualification:

Graduate in relevant subjects OR Diploma holder in relevant Agricultural Sciences / Engineering / Technology (as per ICAR OM No.F.No.Agril.Edn.1-06/2020-A&P dated 04.12.2020).

Desirable Qualifications

Master’s degree in Vegetable Science / Agronomy / Genetics / Plant Breeding / Biotechnology / Life Sciences.
Experience in laboratory work, crop growth & yield experiments, data recording, and basic statistical analysis.

Rs. 30,000/- per month (Consolidated)

Age Limit

Minimum: 21 years
Maximum: 45 years
(Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/Women, 3 years for OBC).

Appointment will be yearly, subject to progress and fund availability.
