Essential Qualification: Option 1: Master’s degree in relevant subject with 4-year / 5-year Bachelor’s degree Option 2: Postgraduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3-year Bachelor’s degree and 2-year Master’s degree, NET qualification, and 2 years of research experience (as per ICAR/DST guidelines) Specialization: M.Sc. in Environmental Science / Agriculture with specialization in Entomology or Pathology Experience: Minimum 3 months in Pesticide Residue Analysis Chemistry, Organic/Analytical/Physical Chemistry, Agri. Chemicals, Agrochemical & Pest Management, Agricultural Chemistry, or related areas |
Rs. 37,000/- per month (1st & 2nd year) Rs. 42,000/- per month (3rd year) + quarters as per NIPHM norms (No HRA) |

Important Instructions

The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project / one year, whichever is earlier.

Candidates without 3 months’ pesticide residue analysis experience may be placed on an ‘Understudy’ period for 2 months at 50% remuneration.

Candidates must bring original certificates (educational, experience, research, training, projects, testimonials) and self-attested copies along with a recent passport-size photograph.

No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

Selected candidates must reside in NIPHM quarters or within a 3 km radius.

Caution deposit equivalent to one month’s pay will be deducted in six instalments and refunded on successful completion of the contract.
