Nadir Godrej, the Chairman and Managing Director of Godrej Industries Limited (GIL) and Chairman of Godrej Agrovet Limited (GAVL) and Astec LifeSciences Limited has been bestowed with the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award by the Pesticides Manufacturers & Formulators Association of India (PMFAI). The honour was conferred upon him yesterday during the 5th edition of the PMFAI-SML Annual Agchem Awards 2024, held alongside the 19th International Crop Science Conference & Exhibition (ICSCE Dubai 2024).

Established in 1967, PMFAI stands as a national association representing the Agrochemicals/Pesticide Industry in India, with 221 large, medium, and small-scale Indian Agrochemical industries under its banner. The Annual Agchem Awards, initiated by PMFAI in 2018, serve as a platform to recognize and applaud exceptional achievements and contributions within the Indian Agrochemical Industry.
