On 16th May 2025, IPL Biologicals, a leader in India’s biological agri-input space, has launched its NXG Range (Soluble Products), a portfolio of six innovative biological products with the objective to boost farm productivity and drive sustainability. The products were unveiled at the company’s annual meeting in Agra.
The newly introduced NXG Range includes Subtilin, Viridex, Sporidex, BT-dex, B.E.E Boost, and 360. These products are the first of their kind in India’s biological agri-input segment to be introduced in a soluble powder format, developed specifically to be compatible with micro-irrigation systems. The new range is positioned to support the adoption of Integrated Nutrient Management and Integrated Pest Management practices, both of which are increasingly being emphasized in modern agriculture policy and field-level implementation.
The formulations are designed to meet the growing demand for scalable and operationally efficient agri-input solutions. Each product has been developed with a focus on soil health, nutrient availability, and microbial efficacy across varied agro-climatic zones.
Speaking at the event, Harsh Vardhan Bhagchandka, President of IPL Biologicals, said, “As the global agri-biologicals market progresses toward a projected size of $43 billion by 2035, the need for regenerative, high-performance inputs is expected to intensify. The NXG platform is a step toward addressing that demand through scientifically validated, irrigation-compatible formats.”
Bhagchandka further added that “the soluble powder (SP) format offers operational advantages, such as improved shelf stability, simplified application, and reduced risk of clogging during mixing or irrigation. The formulations are composed of high colony-forming unit (CFU) microbial strains that will contribute to the faster onset of biological activity in the field.”
The NXG launch reflects IPL Biologicals' continuing focus on research-led product development in the biologicals segment, with an emphasis on aligning with evolving farming practices and environmental sustainability goals.
