Escorts Kubota Limited’s Agri Machinery Business released its tractor sales report for July 2025 today, August 1. The company sold 7,154 tractors, registering a growth of 2.7% compared to 6,963 tractors sold in July 2024.
In the domestic market, the company sold 6,624 tractors in July 2025, marking a 1.3% increase from 6,540 units sold in the same month last year. The company attributed this growth to timely, widespread, and above-normal monsoon rains, which have led to higher reservoir levels and improved rural sentiment. Farmers are witnessing better cash flows, contributing to steady agricultural demand, even as commercial demand remains soft. With Kharif sowing progressing well and already surpassing last year’s sown area, the company remains optimistic about sustained growth in the tractor industry.
In the export market, Escorts Kubota sold 530 tractors in July 2025, a significant 25.3% growth over 423 units exported in July 2024.
