Natural FYM bio-digestion in a farmer's backyard takes 8-12 months. The prolonged digestive process of raw dung through bacterial activity generates heat leading to decomposition and a significant amount of carbon mass is transformed into carbon dioxide resulting in the loss of soil organic matter. This is required in higher quantities per acre (4-8 MT/Acre), limiting the availability for bio-farming in a larger area.
To make the FYM more effective, the next-generation technology of Zytonic Godhan uses a mechanism of fungal bio-digestion to enable large amounts of biomass conversion to humus and humic compounds with accelerated, complete bio-digestion. As stable forms of organic carbon, these humates increase the soil's CEC (Cation Exchange Capacity), which improves nutrient uptake. In addition to a higher presence of Organic Content, Zytonic Godhan enriched FYM has a higher availability of key macro and micronutrients including N, P, K, Mg, Zn, Bo, Cu, Mn, Fe, etc. is also ensured.
The Zytonic technology improves aeration and water holding capacity encouraging beneficial aerobic soil biological population to increase exponentially. This per acre requirement is only 1 Mt/Acre enabling farmers to go for Bio-farming in a larger area.
Benefits of bio-digested and fungal-enriched farm yard manure:
-
Zytonic Godhan converts animal dung, crop, and fodder residues into humus, rich manure with a blackish look. The manure has an earthy odor. This in turn makes the resulting manure richer in nutrients with the ability to enhance soil fertility.
-
A sufficient supply of moisture and air boosts the biological population by 300–5,000 times, which helps the soil recover organic materials.
-
Manure that has been enriched with Zytonic Godhan is moist enough to keep it soft and simple to crumble. Spreading it at a rate of 500–1000 kg per acre is simple.
Zytonic Godhan Dosage: 2 kg/ MT of animal dung and/or crop residues mixture
