The global food security challenge is straightforward. By 2050, the world must feed 9 billion people. The demand for food will be 60% greater than it is today. The United Nations has set Ending Hunger, achieving Food Security and Improved Nutrition, and promoting sustainable agriculture as the second of its 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Advanta Seeds is committed to UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) by focusing on smallholder farmers in regions with food security challenge.
Farmer’s First approach has been the major driver in all what we do. Key purpose is to provide farmers with high quality seeds and new seeds technologies to increase farmers’ prosperity.
We feel privileged to announce that this year, around 43000 Kg’s of seeds are distributed across 17 states covering around 12500 farmers of India. This covers major field crops like Corn and Paddy.
