Drink a lot of water

Consume Vitamin-A enriched foods
To keep your skin healthy and firm, eat Vitamin-A enriched foods such as carrots, sweet potatoes, broccoli, tuna fish etc. it will help in enhancing the skin elasticity and glow.
Vitamin-D plays a vital role
Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin, and if your body lacks it, then it will feel drier, itchier and flakier. So, have diet that contains Vitamin-D in it, or you can take supplements to maintain the balance of Vitamin-D in your body.
