How to Make Jaggery Tomato Chutney/Sauce?
Jaggery Tomato Chutney Recipe (Gur tomato chutney)
Ingredients- tomato, jaggery, nigella, fennel, turmeric, vinegar, cumin, red chili, chaat masala.
To make tomato and jaggery chutney, you need tomato, jaggery, nigella, fennel, turmeric, vinegar, cumin, red chili, chaat masala will be required.

Step 1- First wash the tomatoes with water.
Step 2- After this cut them finely. Now grind the chopped tomatoes.
Step 3- After this, take a pan and heat oil in it.
Step 4- When the oil is hot, add fennel and fennel/cumin seeds to it.
Step 5- Now put tomato paste in the pan and fry for some time. Now add red chili powder, turmeric, salt, chaat masala, and black pepper according to your taste. After adding all the ingredients, cook the mixture well.
Step 6- When the oil starts separating in the pan, add jaggery to it. Also, add a little water. This will melt the jaggery quickly. After the jaggery melts, the water will dry and the chutney will thicken on its own. If this happens, then add vinegar to the sauce.
Step 7- Now cook the chutney for a while. When the chutney is cooked, you can also put green.
