Moreover, High Blood Pressure or Hypertension is one of the most growing diseases across India with 207 million people (men 112 million, women 95 million) and life-threatening as well. The drastic change in food habits, modern lifestyle is adding more fuel to this growing disease compared to the ancient days when men were more inclined towards nature. Moreover, we can term it as a modern time disease that worked as a slow killer to your body and destroy your healthy cells unknowingly. One has to be really careful about his/her food habits as some foods unknowingly worked as a poison to this disease. Spinach
