Guava contains more vitamin C than orange. Therefore, it is recommended to consume one guava daily to boost the body's immune system.

Guava and guava leaves are indispensable for diabetics.  Dried guava leaf powder and peeled guava effectively control blood glucose.  The best way to get the result is to dry the guava leaves and add it to water.
