If we look at what milk contains we would be surprised that it is full of protein, calcium, phosphorus, and magnesium which are essential nutrients for bone health that are especially important for growing children, Of course, how can we miss vitamin D, another important vitamin for bone health and lot of people face this deficiency? If you are milk intolerant try other drinks preferred.
