Fried Foods That You Can Bake For a Healthier Twist
- Ravioli
You can make the mouthwatering pasta meal in just a few minutes by baking it. The healthy option will not differ in terms of taste, and baked cheese can be coupled with other ingredients to create a unique flavour.
- Eggplants or baigan ke pakode
In different Indian thalis, fried eggplants (baigan ke pakore) are served as a starter. But did you know that baking the vegetable pieces makes the meal crisp and can be served with tomato or potato slices.
- Samosa
If you don't want the sticky oil seeping out of your samosas, bake them instead of eating them fried. The only difference you'll notice is the glazing, which is made because of oil.
