When we get our full-body checkups now and then, we usually believe that everything will be fine. Even if it isn't, we can manage our health with a few simple lifestyle changes. 

However, it becomes difficult when it comes to diabetes. Diabetes is a disease that causes fluctuations in blood sugar levels. It is a condition in which your body produces insufficient insulin or is unable to respond to the amount produced. 

Here are some diabetic-friendly recipes that you can easily prepare at home.

Aloe Vera Juice

This drink is one of the most common ways to consume aloe vera. Simply combine some aloe vera gel, a glass of water, salt, roasted jeera, and mint leaves, and serve in a tall glass. It may taste bitter, but has numerous health benefits.

Stir-fry Eggs boiled

Many people prefer boiled eggs, omelets, or scrambled eggs to avoid the intake of butter or oil. If you don't like plain boiled eggs, try this quick stir-fry dish with boiled eggs. However, while preparing this dish, use no more than a tablespoon of oil. You can also cook it in a non-stick pan to avoid using oil.

Ragi Dosa 

This crispy dosa contains a variety of well-known nutrients. Ragi and wheat are known for their high fiber content, and this could be an excellent nutrition package for diabetic patients. If you don't like the taste of Ragi dosa, you can also pair it with some chutney to make it more flavorful.

Kala Chana Chaat 

Simply soak the chana overnight before placing it in the pressure cooker and bringing it to a boil. To enhance the flavor, add some boiled potatoes and masalas with Kala chana.

Kuttu Parantha

Kuttu, also known as buckwheat, is a gluten-free grain that is used in fasting meals during Navratri. Kuttu is high in protein, minerals, and vitamins, making it an excellent choice for diabetics. This kuttu ka paratha is a simple recipe that goes well with dahi.
