Aamlda Organics and foods research center is a start-up by Annu Kanwar and is engaged in mushroom production. The by-products like Protein powder from Mushrooms are extensively used in the food and health sector. The Business Model is specializing in processing mushrooms into protein powder. Some other products like flour, pickle, soup, and many more are also produced. The start-up is situated in Bhilwara in Rajasthan They are growing mushrooms in a village situated in the Aravali range and their employees are rural women.
Small groups are created and the womenfolk is encouraged to grow mushroom and other medicinal crops also.
The idea here is to inculcate Mushroom as a daily food product, with the concept of "dining table concept".
