Dengue fever (called DENgee) is a painful, debilitating mosquito-borne disease caused by any of the four closely related dengue parasites. Dengue fever is transmitted by the bite of the Aedes mosquito infected with the dengue virus. A mosquito can be infected by biting a person with a dengue virus. It cannot spread directly from person to person.
Goat's milk is naturally rich in essential nutrients, such as vitamins (A, D, B1, B2 and B12), minerals (calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, Selenium, zinc and iodine), protein and fatty acids.
Selenium deficiency and decreased platelet count are the main causes of dengue fever. Goat's milk and dairy products are a rich source of Selenium (Se) compared to cow's and sheep's milk. Goat's milk has also been found to aid digestion and metabolic utilization of various minerals.
Goat's milk is known to help recover from dengue fever, but there is no evidence to support its use in increasing platelet count. Goat's milk is rich in selenium (mineral) and is beneficial anyway. But its effectiveness in dengue patients is unknown. However, nothing is said about increasing the number of platelets.
Classification
Goat's milk and its products play a vital role in treating the disease. A few of the problems surrounding dengue fever are a decrease in platelet count and Selenium deficiency. In this regard, goat's milk contains 27% more Selenium than other types of milk available on the market.
Selenium is an important component needed by the body to maintain the body's immune system, and it serves as a key ingredient in the fight against viruses. This helps in the speedy recovery of the dengue patient. Experts have suggested that goat's milk should be used in patients with low blood platelet counts, as many may not think about platelet transfusions. This is done to maintain body fluids.
Apart from this, goat's milk also plays an important role in various aspects, such as; helps to increase iron bioavailability. This also adds to the remedy for ferropenic nutritional anemia as it improves the amount of iron in the body. It also helps to improve the digestion and metabolic utilization of various minerals such as iron, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus.
It is simple and can be easily digested. As it contains different fatty acids than cow's milk, goat's milk is suitable for use by people suffering from dengue. With a small amount of fat globules, it helps digest better food. In addition, goat's milk contains small amounts of casein micelles, which may be one of the reasons for its digestive properties. People with dengue have a low immune system, which can be improved by eating goat's milk, as it contains immunoglobulins. This may be due to the presence of peptides, etc. Goat's milk can trigger innate and adaptive immune responses in the human body, which helps fight inflammation. Contains lactoferrin, lactoperoxidase, etc. giving this milk, its antimicrobial effect. This keeps the body away from all harmful substances that can adversely affect the body.
The most frightening of these diseases is dengue, which affects 50 to 100 million a year. What makes this disease so deadly is the lack of vaccination or prescribed treatment. In the last few years, a number of supportive, effective treatments for Dengue have been identified. The list includes goat’s milk as the main supportive treatment other than Papaya leaves and Giloy juice.
In addition to all the scientific facts even ancient Ayurveda clearly promotes the use of goat's milk in the treatment of Dengue.
So the next time you see someone fighting Dengue do not hesitate to pass on the benefits of goat's milk for a speedy recovery.

They act as enzymes that protect the body from cell damage caused by the formation of oxygen products, as it has antioxidant properties. The main causes of selenium deficiency in the body are oxidative stress and the body's immune response.
