How farmers can make this Chocolate?

As per reports, a machine has also been made to make this special chocolate for animals. IVRI has also conducted a training program to make chocolate. With this, dairy farmers can also get employment sitting at home. If farmers want to make this chocolate at home and want to get trained, they can contact the Krishi Vigyan Kendra-2 in Sitapur district and get its complete information and method.

Why and how Chocolate is beneficial for animals?

If you feed this chocolate to your animals, they will not get sick easily, claims the scientist. Most animals have a habit of licking walls and bricks due to which harmful chemicals get into their stomachs and they become ill. Now they can lick this chocolate which is healthy for them. Moreover, with its use, the shortage of green fodder has completed and milk production will also increase. The digestive system of animals is strengthened by its consumption, says research reports.

Scientists of the institution also claim that feeding this Molasses mineral block chocolate and laddus prepared from this chocolate will increase the milk production of animals from 500 mL to 1 liter. The proper amount of chocolate should be fed according to their breed and production capacity.

What’s the price of Chocolate?

Farmers can buy this chocolate for only 20 rupees per kg. With this, it can be kept safe for 1 year after making them.

Chocolate Ingredients

Wheat or rice bran, khal (mustard or sorghum), urea, mineral salts such as calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper, and phosphorus are used to make this chocolate. Apart from this, salt is also used in it, in which an adult animal can consume 500 to 600 grams per day.
