Agastya plant is a Leafy vegetable that contains natural iodine. Iodine can be found in many other things, but it is most easily obtained from the spinach (Agastya plant). Agastya plant is a legume that is not very familiar to us. Growing to a height of six to eight meters, the spinach, which looks like a Muringa, is rich in many things. It can be germinated by sowing. October-December is the best time for planting. It flowers most in February-March.
