Russian Honey May be More Sweeter than Indian

Honey is so sweet that it was part of discussion for business interaction between Russian delegation and Indian Enterprises looking for Export and Import. A Business Interaction with companies from Altai Region of Russian was organized by the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII). The session was conducted by Rajiv Arora, Executive Vice President, Muez-Hest India Pvt. Ltd. The delegation was led by Mr Boris Chesnokov, President, Member of the Board of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The delegation was also accompanied by Mr Evgeniy Ostapkevich, Head of the Division for Company Outreach, and Mr Viacheslav Bessonov, Chief Expert of the Trade Representation of the Russian Federation in the Republic of India along with the Altair Digital Holding (Mobile Planetariums); Kvint Peasant Farm Enterprise(Honey Production); Trans Logistics of vegetable oil (sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, flaxed oil), pea, buckwheat; Agricultural Company "Zlata for production of Flour, groats (split pea, buckwheat, peeled, barley, pearl barley, wheat), fodders etc.

Natural beekeeping with minimal interventions comes from the perspective that honey bees are amazingly successful creatures that, if given the opportunity, can succeed without human intervention.

Subhasish Basu, Vice President- Marketing of I K Overseas Pvt Ltd., who is importing white honey selling in India with the brand name of Arslanbob @ Rs.3000/- per Kg  had shown interest in the honey from Kvint Altai Honey.

The Altai Region nature is unique and it enables production of perfect beekeeping goods. There is a great variety of herbs and plants growing in the region territory and improving the local beekeeping products, while making them useful, curative and unique.

The Brand name "Altai Sweetness"- production of delicious cookies also attracted lot. The brand name Zalta was also centre of attraction. Aleksandr Vdovin was able to discuss in details about their products.

The Indian Business Enterprises showing interest included Gautam Agarwal, Director, Genesis of a New Generation (GNG- Agritech & Waste Management), ABA Global Ventures- Dr Abhilash Pillai, Director, and Ms Diksha Purohit, AD, International Relations of Trade Promotion Council of India.
